Multitone invests in customer service

Multitone has unveiled its brand new Customer Service Centre, a significant investment in providing the best assistance and response for customers and dealers worldwide.

Monday 22 June 2009 heralds the opening of the new centre, located at Multitone’s headquarters in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The Centre is equipped with the very latest in technology to expedite service calls and technical enquiries from customers and dealers worldwide.

Large wall-mounted displays show logged call status and details, diary functions and engineers’ real time locations throughout the British Isles to enable the Customer Service team to make instant decisions in allocating engineering resources based on availability, travelling time to site and individual expertise.

Managing Director Stephen Gentry comments “I am delighted with the new centre. This investment in systems and training will expand on our existing service infrastructure ensuring a more efficient operation to our customers, and demonstrates the company’s long term commitment to customer care.”
