How AI can enhance safety, efficiency and response through critical communication innovation

The demands on the UK’s fire and rescue services are increasing. In 2024, the UK Fire & Rescue Service (FRS) responded to more than 600,000 incidents, a 20% increase compared to ten years previously[1].
