Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced RF Engineer with a background in complex system design for the support of Multitone products.

Main duties will include:

• Detailed design and development of hardware and/or software for communications equipment
• New designs for UHF, LPWAN and Telemetry solutions for IOT, BLE, Zigbee
• Support for legacy UHF analogue and digital UHF systems already in manufacture

You may also be required to carry out other software development support duties as they are required to meet business needs.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• Extensive background in RF design including VCO’s, analogue and digital amplifiers
• Experience in HF, VHF, UHF transmitters and receivers
• Signal processing, lower power solutions and sensors
• Micro controllers, low noise circuitry
• Battery management
• Telemetry and LPWAN and IOT
• Hardware design and prototyping
• Ability to design for manufacture and process engineering
• Experience of designing for EMC approvals
