New Multitone Nucleus module will close the visibility gap – without changing the fire control infrastructure
Multitone will give visitors to this year’s Emergency Tech Show at the NEC Birmingham, 16-17 September, the first live demonstration of its Multitone Nucleus™ Fire Mobilisation Module.
The Multitone team will demonstrate exactly how a mobilisation message travels from fire control to a responding crew – and back again. Visitors will see first-hand how Multitone Nucleus’ new smart app closes the visibility gap, ensuring that those working on a critical incident can confirm that a message is sent, received and acknowledged. On hand at the show will be familiar faces from Multitone’s experienced team as well as other product specialists to explain in detail the new app.
How the new Multitone Nucleus Fire Mobilisation module works
The Nucleus Fire Mobilisation Module extends the Nucleus platform to support Fire & Rescue operational mobilisation workflows through integration with existing Fire Control Centre systems using the established GD92 network. As a result, when fire control sends a mobilisation message via the GD92 network, it now reaches crews directly through the Nucleus app, with each step tracked back in real time. Fire control therefore knows whether a message has been delivered, read and accepted, giving them full visibility of who is responding without changing any existing infrastructure.
